The gastronomic history of Valpolicella is treasured by the locals and we have arranged for them to give you a hands on introduction to the wine and food of this bountiful domain. You will learn about local produce and flavours with a three hour cooking class followed by lunch held at a wine estate that has been in the same family for twenty generations. You will also learn about wine production, and taste and match wines to go with the meal that you cook.
The classes, held in a professional kitchen in a restored building on the estate, are not designed for highly qualified cooks, they are for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. If you don't already know, you will quickly learn just how much enjoyment can be had from cooking and eating a meal using fresh regional produce, much of it in these classes grown on the estate itself.
